Oh No! We hope you love your purchases from Matte Blaque but we understand that you need to make returns! 

Returns Form: This form is for any and all store credit, exchanges, and damaged items. Please fill out our form located at the bottom of our website under "Returns Form". 

We offer STORE CREDIT ONLY and exchanges for all online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately if past 14 days, we will not be able to issue you store credit. Please give us 3-5 days to process your return. Once you fill out our "Returns Form" above, you will be notified of your return approval in 1-2 business days via email. There is no expiration date for store credit use. Customer is responsible for shipping label/shipping charges. Please include packing slip when returning your items.

Damaged items: Damaged items must be reported within 2 business days after receiving your item. Please email us If you contact us outside of the 2 day window, you item is no longer eligible for a refund or store credit.  

Items with discount codes with %15 off or more are final sale. Additional final sale items include, bodysuits, accessories, leggings or athletic wear, and intimates. If you return any of these items they will NOT be accepted due to hygiene reasons and will have a re-ship fee of $5.99. If item is damaged, please contact within 2 days including receipt and photos. If past 2 days, we will only issue you store credit. 

Items accepted must be free of perfume, makeup/deodorant stains (or stains of any kind), and dog hair. We will reject any returns due to any odor smell. Must also be unworn and unwashed. We have the choice to not accept if requirements are not met.

Return Packaging: Please ship your items back within two days of receiving your package. 

Items MUST be returned in the exact same condition and packaging, as they were shipped in. This includes MB Bag, shoe boxes, Jewelry bags, etc. Please included your packing slip and the MB bag it was shipped in. If it is not in its original packaging, it will NOT be eligible for store credit or an exchange in size. 

PRE-ORDER POLICY: No cancellations once the order is placed. This is due to us having the pre-order already placed and ready to be shipped to us. However, you may return the pre-order item to us for store credit or exchange in size.
