Great customer service!! The boots look even better in person!!

Rhinestones falling apart but the boot itself is comfy

The boot shape and feel was great.
The rhinestones were falling apart. There was still adhesive that stuck to the paper and I had to gently remove the paper from a large part of the boot strap.
There were loose rhinestone pieces that I was able to secure on my own.
